His main goal in starting this organisation is to build an ecosystem of researchers and policymakers and provide a platform for them to address society's needs and challenges and offer solutions and interventions, directly benefiting people facing short and long-term challenges.
She worked in the UK in the field of education and returned to India, where she extensively trained and worked in alternative health practices (Yoga, Nutrition, Psychology). Her educational background includes a master's in social sciences and a master's in applied psychology.
Her vision of starting this organisation to improve lives and eradicate poverty stems from Jidda Krishnamurthy's values, which she learned from studying at Rishi Valley School and also from the influence of her grandfather (Challa Krishna Narayana Reddy, former member of the assembly and founder of Hyderabad Book Trust).
